Vanessa Kingori, CBE, is a Managing Director at Google, where she leads key business partnerships and strategic initiatives. Before joining Google, she made history as the first female publisher of British GQ and was Chief Business Officer at Condé Nast Britain.
Born in Kenya and raised in the UK, Kingori has been named one of the most influential Black people in Britain by the Powerlist. She was awarded a Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) for services to media and publishing.
At Google, Kingori brings her unique perspective at the intersection of technology, media, creativity, and diversity. Her career spans both traditional media and technology, giving her insight into how AI and digital platforms are transforming content creation, advertising, and media consumption.
She serves on the boards of several organizations and is a prominent advocate for diversity and inclusion in the technology and creative industries.
