The platform uses machine learning to reverse the traditional hiring process: instead of nurses applying to hospitals, hospitals apply to nurses.
Abuzeid co-founded Incredible Health to address the critical healthcare staffing shortage in the United States, where nursing shortages are projected to worsen significantly in the coming years. The platform's AI matches nurses based on their skills, certifications, experience, and preferences, dramatically reducing the time-to-hire from months to days.
Before founding Incredible Health, Abuzeid worked in healthcare consulting and technology. She holds a Doctor of Medicine degree and an MBA, bringing both clinical and business expertise to the healthcare staffing challenge.
The company has raised over $80 million in venture funding and serves hundreds of hospitals across the United States.
