    Deemah AlYahya serves as the Secretary-General of the Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO), an intergovernmental organization focused on enabling digital prosperity for all. She is also the founder of Women Spark, an initiative dedicated to empowering women in the technology sector.

    As DCO Secretary-General, AlYahya leads efforts to foster digital cooperation among member states, promote digital economy growth, and ensure inclusive access to digital technologies globally. She has been instrumental in driving conversations about AI governance, digital inclusion, and the role of technology in sustainable development.

    Before leading the DCO, AlYahya held senior positions in Saudi Arabia's digital transformation initiatives. She holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from George Washington University and has been recognized as one of the most influential women in technology in the Middle East.
